| FORMAT - TWO MAN TEAMS; MATCH PLAY; DOUBLE ELIMINATION | |||||||||
| Qualifying Round will be held between May 4th through May 31st. | |||||||||
| Any interested two-man team must play an 18 hole round during that time | |||||||||
| period. The team's score for the qualifying round will be determined by | |||||||||
| adding their net best ball score per hole for the entire round. The top 32 | |||||||||
| team net scores will qualify to continue into the tournament. Teams will | |||||||||
| be seeded according to their qualifying scores with the #1 team playing | |||||||||
| the #32 team, #2 playing #31, #3 playing #30, etc. during Round 1. | |||||||||
| All matches during the tournament will be team match play with members | |||||||||
| playing off the low handicap in the foursome to determine strokes to be | |||||||||
| given. All matches (including the qualifying round) will be played at 85% | |||||||||
| handicap. | |||||||||

| Each team must pay an entry fee of $25.00 on the day that they are playing | |||||||||
| their qualifying round, to be given along with the attached form below to | |||||||||
| the person at the desk in the Pro Shop prior to playing round. | |||||||||
| Completed scorecard (neat and signed) is to be dropped into the | |||||||||
| Association's box in the clubhouse after completion of play. | |||||||||
| The top 32 teams who later qualify for continuing into the tournament will | |||||||||
| have to pay and additional $150 per team prior to their first match. | |||||||||
| ALL MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED AT 85% HANDICAP FROM THE WHITE TEES | |||||||||
| TEAMS PLAYING EACH OTHER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP | |||||||||
| THEIR OWN MATCHES WITHIN TIMELINES IDENTIFIED. FOR MATCHES NOT | |||||||||
| PLAYED BY COMPLETION DATE FOR ANY ROUND, BOTH TEAMS WILL BE | |||||||||
