| The top 32 team net scores for the May 16th Member/Member tournament will | |||||||||
| qualify to continue into this tournament. Teams will be seeded according to their | |||||||||
| qualifying scores with the #1 team playing the #32 team, #2 playing #31, #3 | |||||||||
| playing #30, etc. during Round 1. | |||||||||
| All matches during the tournament will be team match play with members | |||||||||
| playing off the low handicap in the foursome to determine strokes to be | |||||||||
| given. All matches will be played at 85% handicap. | |||||||||

| ENTRY FEE FOR TOURNAMENT | |||||||||
| The top 32 teams who qualify for continuing into the tournament will | |||||||||
| have to pay $200 per team prior to their first match in Round 1; losers of Round 1 | |||||||||
| will be eliminated and have $100 per team refunded; winners will continue into | |||||||||
| Round 2 of the tournament, which will now continue in a double elimination | |||||||||
| format. | |||||||||
| All four participants of each match will be responsible for ensuring that all scores | |||||||||
| are posted immediately after completion of play; completed scorecard (neat and | |||||||||
| signed) is to be dropped into the Association's box in the clubhouse after match | |||||||||
| and scores are posted. | |||||||||
| ALL MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED AT 85% HANDICAP FROM THE WHITE TEES. | |||||||||
| TEAMS PLAYING EACH OTHER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP | |||||||||
| THEIR OWN MATCHES WITHIN TIMELINES IDENTIFIED. | |||||||||
| PROBLEMS WITH SCHEDULING OF MATCHES WITHIN TIMELINES MUST BE | |||||||||
| BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF ASSOCIATION OFFICERS FOR RESOLUTION. | |||||||||
