POQUOY BROOK GOLF ASSOCIATION
NIGHT LEAGUES 2011
The P.B.G.A. Night League is a nine hole golf league open to P.B.G.A. members only.
The Association will operate two nights of league play with a maximum of 56 members filling each league.
The leagues will be held on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Preference is given to teams returning from the previous year with available openings filled on a first come,
first serve basis.
Members will indicate which night is preferred or restricted to.  Members who prefer a specific night that
has been filled will automatically be placed in any spot available the other night.
Entry fee is $70.00 per team. Your entry fee must accompany your entry form.  Teams not getting into
a league will have their entry fee returned as soon as possible.  Teams will be notified at least one week
in advance if they have been accepted into the league.
The Leagues will begin on Wednesday and Thursday, May 4th and 5th, 2011, respectively.
A schedule will be posted on the bulletin board before the first match with dates and matches posted
for the full year.
Matches are scheduled between 4:00 and 5:30 pm but can be played earlier if both teams agree to the
time and tee times can be arranged.
A list of rules for the league will be posted and made available before the first matches are scheduled to
be played.
Deadline for entry forms and fees are Sunday, April 20th. Entry forms may also be dropped off
in the Association box in the Clubhouse.  Any returning player/team not paid by the deadline
may be replaced by a new paid team on the waiting list. So get them in early!!!
Mail entry fee and form early to avoid missing deadline. Return the entry form along with you check made
