APPLICATION FOR 2010 MEMBERSHIP

Membership Renewal Fee ___ $200 New Member Fee ___$200

Junior Member Fee (Under 30 years of age) ___ $125

Membership Benefits:

 •     MA Golf Association Handicap

 •    Advance tee time booking prior to the general public on a first come, first served basis at one of the best public golf courses in Massachusetts

 •    Entrance into a variety of professionally run golf tournaments with reserved tee times; schedule to be available in early spring

 •    Opportunities for weekday league play on Wednesday and Thursday with a maximum of 56 players each night. All members of P.B.G.A. are eligible to play as alternates.  Preference will be given to returning league members

Membership fee for both returning association members and new members for 2010 will be $200 for the season. Membership fee must accompany application form. Mail in your application by January 31, 2010, and pay a discounted rate of $180 for the season. No refunds for membership after May 15, 2010.
